The first floor of the villa is an open plan design and contains a two story foyer with a floating staircase with striking ornamental railings. A large chandelier hangs in the center of the foyer. A lovely powder room with a separate water closet is located adjacent to the entrance foyer. A spacious great room beckons guests to relax and enjoy the ocean views. A large covered veranda is located off of the great room for outdoor entertaining. Columns and arches separate the kitchen and dining area from the great room. The dining area is separated from the kitchen by a large bar with a granite countertop. Another large chandelier hangs over the dining room table. Whirlpool stainless steel appliances and custom wood cabinetry adorn the kitchen. The cabinets are a chef's dream with plenty of roll-out drawers, large pots and pans drawers, pantry, enclosed trash cans, and many other extras.
